opposition to the occupation of Iraq and the squandering of our young people
and the enormous amounts of money being spent on that war.

7. Practice
Spirituality and Healing
Adopt
a world view. Consider that it is in our best interests as humans to recognise
that our individual & societal well-being depends on the well-being of everyone

In
addition, consider practising one minute of personal reflection, inwardness
and spiritual consciousness at the beginning of each day.
8. Join the
Campaign to establish a US Department of Peace & Nonviolence
Promote
"Love & Generosity" over "Power & Dominance". Begin

9. Run for
political office.
It
may not be "comfortable", but it will make a difference and will also
be one of the most exhilarating tasks you ever take on. Promote government reform
from within the system - promote Peace, promote Universal Health Care, promote
election reform!

to Doctors Without Borders, the Red Cross, or CIVIC
